Re manufacturing process.
All calipers are fully Acid stripped, fully steam cleaned and fully surface blasted carefully, they are then fully powder coated and painted in a colour or effect of your choice and finally oven baked.
Once the calipers have cooled down we apply a ceramic coating to the outer body for extra protection and easy maintenance.
Re assembly
All new internal parts are re fitted to the caliper and tested, the parts include new pistons, new seals, new slider pins, service clip, new bleed nipple and rubber covers, these all carry a 2 year guarantee.
